Josie is an accomplished charismatic motivational and inspirational speaker that is a wonderful character with a positive, happy personality.

Josie is one of the few international female athletes that can talk authoritatively about what it is to achieve both individually and as part of a team. Josie understands the dynamics of becoming a champion through living the dream by setting goals, taking each small step to fulfil her ambitions.

Her story is enhanced by the support she is given by the Princes Youth Business trust to become a business women, acting as Chief Executive to Masterspot, a deliverer of a National Sport Magazine, while balancing a personal sporting life.
