Our aim is to provide consultancy through direct and indirect services changing stereotypes and creating a culture of there is nothing that cant be achieved only challenges on our life journey.

de facto Promotions is about recognising and valuing the differences between individuals and the contribution they make and treating them fairly and with respect.

de facto Promotions is managed by Josie Cichockyj a three times Paralympian that has represented Great Britain in two sports athletics and wheelchair basketball over a career spanning twenty years.

 

The love, the passion and the opportunity has driven Josie Cichockyj to give back to sport by sharing her experiences through education, interaction and inspirational presentations.

The London 2012 Paralmypics has provided a window of opportunity to inspire disabled people to share in the Paralympic experience whether passive or as an active participant. This can be a chance opportunity or one that is planned and encouraged.

 

Josie Cichockyj has many stories to share. These are due to having accessed disability sport and living her life as a disabled person. These will be packaged and sold as individual products to engage a range of market segments to involve people and groups in the Paralympic experience. The business name de facto by definition means 'existing in fact, whether by right or not'.
